1. What this is
The Digital Training Centre is a training aid for instructors delivering First Aid at Work (FAW) and Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) within the Army Cadet Force. It supports delivery; it does not replace the awarding organisation's official assessment materials.
2. Not a clinical authority
Scenario content, checklists and prompts are for training and rehearsal only. Current Resuscitation Council UK guidance, current JRCALC guidance, the awarding organisation's specification and ACF policy take precedence in every case of conflict.
3. Acceptable use
- Use only for authorised ACF training activity.
- Do not record real casualty or patient information in the app.
- Do not use scenario audio where it could be mistaken for a genuine emergency.
4. Certification
Records produced in the app are an internal training record. Formal qualification, certification and quality assurance remain the responsibility of the approved training centre and awarding organisation.
5. Availability
The app is provided as-is with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. Data is held on your device and may be lost if browser storage is cleared. Export or record anything you need to keep.
6. Branding
Army Cadet Force and Army Cadets marks are used under permission of the relevant county / ACFA and remain their property.
